Famous Pizza - Ealing

Placed an order that was accepted on just eat. Food came with an incomplete order. Food was missing so called the restaurant. They took four minutes to tell me no. Then said ask just eat to give you a refund. There a useless restaurant and I would not advise anyone to order here at all.

Paid, got a delivery time and no food every arrived despite paying for it. Shambolic company if it even exists

This restaurant is a complete scam. They said they delivered my food but nothing ever arrived. I tried calling multiple times while waiting for my order, but no one answered. Now they are refusing to give me a refund. It seems like this has happened to other customers as well. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs!

My wife and I ordered a large pizza, but it arrived late and cold. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he simply laughed it off. The service was disappointing and we will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food was delivered more than an hour late, despite two phone calls. The food arrived cold and it appeared that the pizza had been mishandled. The cheeseburger was mislabeled. When we reached out to the restaurant about the problems, we were met with rude language and told to contact Just Eat. Overall, the service was terrible and the food was not enjoyable. I would not recommend this establishment.
