Domino's Pizza - Ealing

The pizzas we ordered were delicious and ready for pickup at the designated time.

This restaurant experience was a complete disaster. As a tourist, we were unable to place an order onsite and were required to order online, which felt like a form of discrimination. Even attempting to make an online reservation was unsuccessful, as the website denied us access. When we tried to install the app, we were informed that it was not available in our country. Despite the fact that the food was within arm's reach, no one wanted to accept our money. In the end, we were forced to leave hungry. This service strategy is unbelievable, leaving us to wonder if the food was simply not suitable for tourists.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and still enjoyable when eaten the following day.

This branch is very hit and miss. Delivery is generally very slow, and therefore pizza arrives cold 9 times out of 10, although I live within a 5 minute drive of the shop. On the very rare occasion it arrives quickly the pizza is excellent, but there’s no consistency with deliveries. Update: huge improvements with the service, especially delivery, over the past 4-5 months, have been very pleased with all orders I’ve placed in this timeframe.
