Bidra med feedbackThe cashier( drive through) was very rode to me and my husband and there was only my car ordering food. She was so unhelpful so the manager had to help us to order and he was very nice to us, thank you Our suggestion for the cashier is get a new job andstop being lazy.
Not only will they mess up an order they won't even try to make it correct. Best 20 minute wait ever for food I did not order.
The food was decent, but the staff's behavior left much to be desired. The young employee at the window, wearing thick glasses, hurriedly asked if I wanted any condiments. I didn't quite catch what he said, so I kindly asked him to repeat the question. Unfortunately, he responded in a rather curt and frustrated tone. When I requested tartar sauce, he sarcastically remarked that it was the default option. He then went on to share two stories about customers who had asked what he considered to be silly questions. Overall, the rudeness of the staff really overshadowed the meal.
I ordered a single roast beef sandwich and waited thirty minutes, but it never arrived. My message to the general manager is this: if this is the best service you can provide, then you should consider shutting down the restaurant. This situation is completely unacceptable.
There was no line when I visited, and the service was incredibly quick. The staff were extremely polite, and the food was served hot. You can't beat that! I highly recommend going to this Arby's.
