Taqueria Jalisco On Cimarron Blvd.

We drove down to Corpus from Austin and recently visited Taqueria Jalisco and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The first thing I noticed was that several tables were covered with leftover food that hadn’t been cleared—definitely not a good sign. When we were finally seated, the service was lackluster at best. The server seemed uninterested and unfriendly, adding to the already negative vibe. As for the food, it left a lot to be desired. The beans looked unappetizing, as if they had been sitting out for too long—or worse. The chicken in the quesadilla was dry and lacked flavor, (seasoning) and to top it off, the food wasn’t even served hot. We paid $50 and expected better and I still tipped over 40% because I know they work hard. Overall, the entire experience was underwhelming, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality meal or decent service.

Everyone was very friendly but my waitress had an attitude.

Ordered a potato, egg, and bean taco. Got a smear of bean with 2 pieces of potato and crumble of egg. Management would not replace it and she was very rude. Disappointed because I go there every week...not anymore! Way too much competition lady to come back to you after you hung up on me! No option to add photo because I want everyone to see what they sold me!

I got the wrong order at the drive-through. The food was okay. Service is always nice.

Chalupas $2 for beef or shredded chicken. They were plentiful amd tasted great. Highly recommend. .
