Bidra med feedbackThe ambiente was great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with the eating, was a bit a little down, because the mushroom pasta course (in the tasting menu) was too salty, also desert seemed fancy, but tasted like a deconstructed ferrero rocher. I would not recommend going to maison boulud, because for the price, I think there are much better alternatives in the luxury dining scene.
Take the tasting menu with my partner and was very impressed! everything was very well balanced, and desserts stood up!
The goal was to cheat us after cancellation of a ski tour (including a hotel with very good restaurant and cellar). we did it or rather that you did it! as always eating was delicious, the crozes _hermitage paired with pintade was perfect and the service is friendly, efficient and good time. our waitress was charming like the front of the house staff. my only negatiw, I wish they had forced a dress code. I find a part of the experience of the fine restaurants is to be in an elegant environment, not jacket and tie, but all that looks like someone has difficulty. for the last half of the meal I had to look at a group of young men who looked like they were dressed for the gym. the most in my line wore a not too fresh looking gray t-shirt and crispy jeans. I am old-fashioned, or snobbish, but if they want casual inelegant dress, they go to the pizza hat.
Excellent food and service, enjoyed trying different wines with help from sommelier.
The food, service and ambiance were exceptional! The dishes were prepared with care, attention, quality and creativity! It is a treat that you can’t forget! I can’t wait for my next visit
