Depends, tasty and cost-effective. We have been ordered by Happy Garden for years and are very consistent with what is important. Happy Garden has high quality food, beautiful prices and a decent service that can provide some of the Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi restaurants for their money. The place is not much to see from inside, but we usually delivered it anyway. Once and for a while we will immerse and the lack of atmosphere will not quench the food as soon as it is ready. If you are in the mood for real good Chinese, Happy Garden will surely give you the best bang for your buck. Great food and great people! The best Chinese food I had in this area. Quick and friendly! They release everything we order. And you get so much for your ass! 100 percent recommend!
We moved to old forge 2 yrs ago couldn't find good Chinese especially steamed dumplings. I honestly can say this place was the best between old forge Pittston
