Bidra med feedbackWe do not support the removal of jobs because of the use of kiosks. when they refused to take one command at the counter, we went out. if all companies pursue this model, we will all soon be unemployed, replaced by ai. we do not eat at mcdonald anyway and were looking for coffee only. fortunately, however, we have found a company that employs people. but do they ask themselves that because mcdonalds no longer have to support, why do their food prices rise? food prices should sink, not high. they no longer have to pay benefits, leave, sick time, maternity leave, etc. the whole time to destroy the local economy by working places, in favor of machines. There are many local companies that are a complicated part of the community that offers jobs and training. make their business decisions wise and support the companies that support their community instead of those who try to destroy jobs and the local economy. thanks to this enlightening experience we have ever made our last trip to mcdonalds. Maybe they want to do the same.
McDonald's is my favorite fast food, very convenient to drive through and pick up.
The drive thru is slow and takes a while for a order. The service is not good at all but needs more employment. The car line was so go awful because the employees take long to order. This is literally the worse McDonald’s I’ve been to.
If you’re looking for McDonald’s go down the road to the one on Fordham. This location is inefficient, inaccurate, and more expensive than the Fordham one. Cannot recommend at all, especially when there’s a better one within 10 minutes of driving distance.
Literal worst service in the area. If I could rate less than 1, I would. The line is always wrapped around the building. By the time you reach the screen to place your order there's a minimum 5 minute wait before someone takes your order. Then you reach the window to pay and *SURPRISE* there's no one there to take your order. You'll see at least 2 staff members pass the window without acknowledging you or signaling a coworker to come to the window and take your payment. 10min later you'll finally reach the window to collect your food but, IT'S NOT READY! I initially attributed the wait to short staffing due to the pandemic which wouldn't be such a problem if the customer service wasn't actual trash. I will never return to this location. Twice was more than enough.
