Mcdonald's - Durham

There is nothing quite similar to being ignored and then getting an eye roll. when I direct the attention of the staff to me that my order was wrong. I visited on 10/15/22 at 17 o'clock and that was my experience. it is quite obvious that the young lady who acted on this wise does not want to work there. I'd rather go business with people who are nice to me.

I don 't know why they advertise this as 24 hours. They will literally let you sit in the drive-thru until you go away, even with the lights on and workers inside. The most recent time, they claimed to be taking orders from the window and were apparently making one order at a time before taking the next one. I left after about 20 minutes of sitting in line. Never seen anything like this place before, it 's a bad look on McDonald 's to have a place like this allowed to be open.

Service was terrible. Sat for 5 minutes at the drive through order screen. Noone answered. Then answered someone who drove up After me. Then waited for another 8 minutes. Girl the window didn't want print out my receipt, pushed it for the girl in the second window to do, who had to get the Mgr. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for my food to be brought out me. The worst!

So dissapointed with the sandwich. Tastes bland and not fresh at all, just took a bite. This macdonals is worst. 2star for the ? which was quite good.

Mcdonald is on the planet. expect them to be ignored and have their order wrong. especially after about 6 o'clock. they can watch how a fish tank people drive waiting and not get service let alone be recognized. the customer service is comparable to auschwitz. do not go to this mcdonald when they appreciate their time. they take out the fast food. 0/10 is better hit by a truck.
