Very very bad experience never visit this restaurant their staff is horrible they don’t know how yo behave properly they are just terrible and the food quality is getting worse day by day hate this place and i will never visit this place any more just because of the staff’s behaviour Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Parcel delivery counter guy is so rude and arrogant, intentionally provided the just opposite that required/requested

One of the worst biryani ever I have consumed. The price of their Biryani is among the highest in Durgapur but the quality is worst. I took delivery for home but the chicken was stinking. It was atleast 2 or 3 days old chicken. Worst experience ever. Even their staffs who look after the delivery counter are worst in behaviour towards customers. Most os their staffs are uneducated and ill mannered and not suitable for providing service in prime location of the city. For Shiraj Durgapur who have nothing to do with Shiraz Restaurants of Kolkata
