Tokyo Hibachi - Durant

I don’t know if I can even give it a star. No air conditioning when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Our order was not correct and we had to ask for most of our order. They Added a tip and my husband said, heck no, Refund that tip bc you didn’t fill our drinks or bring our order so there won’t be a tip. One day Americans will learn that tips are earned. The complete experience for my son’s 21st bday was horrendous. We knew better than to try Tokyo again, but we thought maybe!!We were wrong ? please don’t go to this establishment. It’s always hell.

The food is fresh and DELICIOUS!! The staff was very interactive with my little grandson He loves playing chef now thanks to Chef Jason! This is a 5 star restaurant in every possible way!

My husband and I always share our diner because I can’t eat much. Last time we went we were charged $6.99 additional for sharing. The ice machine was broken and someone from our table had to go to Sonic and buy cups of ice for us because the restaurant refused to go buy ice for their customers. The service has always been slow and the appearance of the the restaurant is subpar too. You would think with all the time they had during the shut down they would have cleaned things up. We now go to R Sushi in Durant it’s not the same because they don’t cook at the table but the service prices are better.

Cash only for going on 3 months now. How do you expect to run a business if you only accept cash? This place won’t last much longer. If you have a problem with your credit card machine for this long and refuse to fix it you just don’t care.
