Bidra med feedback1 star for customer service, coming from a food service worker himself. I'm here at least twice a week and get exactly the same thing between 7 and 8 dollars each time. I ordered a chicken tablet (club style) with my two sides and drinking that came to $7.48. I get my order and it wasn't a club style. I take my order and who I suspect is the manager continued to take the sandwich and try to charge me 2$ and some change for cheese and bacon. I assured her that my order is always between 7 and 8 dollars and I refused to give her an extra $2 on $7.48 I just paid. Then she shows me her screen with displaying the price of $7.63, that was 15 cents more than what I paid and have no problem paying in addition to what I already did, but they continue to demand that I pay them over $2 extra to which I refused and continued trying to explain to her why she was wrong. After moving back and forth with me, she finally gave up a crappy attitude and said just to give her the change. I am usually not a car because I work in the food industry and know the frustration that comes together with it, but their attitude and ignorance regarding basic mathematics skills was unacceptable.
Usually you go here and never have a problem. Get food for the family and has to record night worldwide for the fastest/rudest person in the fast food industry. The girl in the window was super respectless. I guess it's hard to be a good person in this world. Hide people like this and you should be new management or shutdown. Simple and simple.
If it hadn't been for the spiked friars, it would have got 5 stars. the service was partially absent from the girl at the counter rolled her eyes as I order for my food together with the person behind me. I have no torments about atmosphere. The place seemed very well maintained!
What a rude experience. we came tonight for milk shakes and were informed that they did not have any peanut butter. we apologized and then asked for a chocolate shake and she said very rude) we have no chocolate! then we apologised and asked for another who apparently needed chocolate to make, and they said good, as I suspect, to make a mocha when I am from chocolate. it was a very bad experience. it didn't have to be rude. we didn't go with anything. very unprofessional and service was terrible. I wouldn't give stars, but it won?
If I could give zero starts I would have. First things first when I was ordering through the drive-thru the speakers didn?t work I could barely hear the employee that was taking my order. Second the staff who works in the drive-thru are really rude instead of trying to help and tried to listen they were just laughing because I kept repeating my order. The food was a no, no!! I asked specifically for no onions and they gave me a bunch of them. Don?t get me wrong I love cookout, but this specific place in Dunn needs improvement staring with the speakers and hiring people who actually go and do their jobs.
