Bidra med feedbackI like that Subway they're a lot cleaner than a lot of subways I've been to I just wish their prices would go down some Subway is starting to get expensive I just paid $10 for a 6-in cold cut meal
I am very disappointed in the service I received here! I placed an order online for the first time, so I was unfamiliar with the website. After I placed my order, I went to go pick it up and assumed everything was fine. Upon returning back to work, Iopened up the sandwich and there were a bunch of vegetables on the sandwich that I not only didn?t order, but cannot eat becauseof allergies. When I noticed this, I called the store to let them know what happened. I spoke with a girl and she said ?Sincethe vegetables were on your order ticket, I made the sandwich correctly so I can?t offer you a refund or make you a new sandwichunless you pay for it.? Apparently when you order online, they automatically add almost every vegetable to your sandwich thatthey offer there. I?m not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but in this instance I felt like it was necessary. I haveworked in customer service for several years and know how to deliver great customer service. What I experienced that day was sopoor and I am disappointed that nobody offered to help me. I spent a total of $17 on food that I could not eat! It all went towaste and that makes me even more upset given the fact that there are a lot of people who can?t afford food. I really wish they would do better by their customers. I also used to work for Subway when I was younger, and I never delivered service like this: I will not be going back if this is how they treat people now!

It seems like they have moved to a new location beside the Walmart and it?s absolutely amazing! Very modern and welcoming setting. They have really diligent new employees because the other reviews about the sandwich artists not getting orders rightwas not the same experience I had. They took mindful care in making my sandwiches and it was by far one of the best Subwayfranchises I experienced.
The worst experience ever the guy refuse sold me because he at purposely increase the price adding me extras that I did not ask for. When I asked to talk with manager he said I am the owner. It is not the first time that happened something wrong therehowever, I promise that is the last time.Zero stars !!!!
