Bidra med feedbackWe visited the restaurant for dinner, it was packed with people as we arrived at 9:30. Waiters were friendly, but as they were so busy, they could not offer enough service needs more waiters if they accept so many guests at the same time...time. Eating took about 1 hour to come and when half of things were cold! We ordered the most expensive main rib, but unfortunately it was not chewable!! They took it back and we just wanted a burger so that it can come quickly! The corn on the bobbins we had ordered was still frozen!!! I have to admit, although the appetizers were delicious nachos with cheese and chicken wing bbq!
Driving back from belgium grand prix early for dunkirque ferry. One of only places open on a sunday. Excellent waitress service, spoke english. Simple straight forward menu, free salad and rolls. Partner had the ribs and i had buffalo steak, both very nice, fresh/moist...cooked how we wanted. Finished with french brioche delicious, and the duo of mii brownie and creme brulee both enjoyable. It is like the TGI of france, i would definitely eat here again and recommend. cheap, simple and good quality.
We visited this restaurant as our hotel had a 10% discount voucher (which we later discovered was only valid on certain menu items). On arrival we asked if they spoke english, which the waitress said that she did, but then sent a different waitress who...did not appear to speak any english. This made ordering very difficult. They would not allow us to order from the a la carte menu, we could only order from the preset menu, a fact that would have probably meant that we would have chosen somewhere else to eat. We both ordered steak, which I prefer meduim rare and my wife prefers well done. Both steaks came well done, or rather I should say burnt crispy. Desserts were very nice and took the edge off our experience slightly. I think that had we been french our experience may have been different but our lack of knowledge of the french language (even thought they said they spoke english) made our experience at this establishment a little disappointing.
It 's not always easy to find cheaper foor in France at weekends but Buffalo Grill do a 'Menu Sheriff '. Sounds a bit naff, but it fits with their Western theme. We didn 't bother with a starter as you get a welcome salad which has a...very nice dressing. The main course was their Pave de Coeur de Rump Steak, which is an amazing piece of beef. This is our favourite off the main menu so we were really happy to find it on this one! For dessert we chose the cafe gourmand. the meal came with a glass of wine so we didn 't need to order anything outside of our 14.90 Euro menu and we were stuffed at the end. The service was very friendly as always but very swift, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. This is probably to get rid of the cheapskates like us more quickly to get in those who spend more money!
We have eaten here twice on our way to and from Belgium. They have an american western theme and really appear authentic in appearance. They have an open flame grill visible upon entry. Service is fast and friendly staff. Menus also are in english translation....We had the cheeseburger, flavor was amazing, had it medium rare and very juicy. We also had the grilled Salmon which was also excellent. Travel to Belgium often and this place will always be on our itinerary.
