China Taste - Dunedin

Very happy with my experience here. Service was fast and extremely friendly. I enjoyed the egg rolls and crab rangoons both tasted fresh. Not sure if made fresh or frozen but was good. General Tso's chicken here was good but prefer mine with a lil more heat. Prices are reasonable and everything is fresh made to order. More of a To-Go restaurant seating area small and not very accommodating.

We come here for the kids, who really enjoy the chicken with broccoli. My husband usually orders the fried egg roll and says it’s excellent. The restaurant is family-owned, with a couple cooking in the back while their kids do homework at the table. Overall, they are very nice people.

This is our go-to spot for Chinese cuisine, and I absolutely adore the Singapore Mei Fun. The spice level is just right, and the portions are generous. We've been dining here since they first opened, and I still remember how impressed I was during the hurricane season when we were without power for four days. When outages first hit our area, we drove around and thankfully found China Taste open, while many other places were closed. It was a relief to enjoy some delicious, hot food amidst the chaos! That really says a lot to me. I've never had a dish from China Taste that wasn't fantastic.

When I went to place an order, the owners' two children were there practicing their alphabet. They even included my four-year-old daughter, and she had a fantastic time! It made the wait feel so much shorter! But really, the food here is so incredibly delicious that I need to find a reason to go back again tomorrow! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, and I just wanted to share with the world that this restaurant is the place to go for amazing food!
