Namu - Dundas

We did a take out date night in, and it was absolutely perfect!! The sushi tacos, Roll of Dundas, pork belly Bao, and fried chicken Bao were the perfect combination and the flavours were excellent! The bao sandwiches are pillowy and soft as you bite in, and the pork belly just melted in your mouth. We topped it off with a slice of their delicious basque cheesecake. All perfectly paired with some Prosecco. They are so lovely and kind!

Great addition to Dundas/Hamilton food scene. Lots of delicious dishes to try. A warm atmosphere with good service. I’ll post pictures and update soon. Definitely will be visiting again.

Place has a nice quaint vibe. Cleanliness really needs improvement. Main dishes are extremely small and really should be on the apps menu. Apps are also small and they use a lot of cheap fillers to make the plate more substantial. Also don’t appreciate when the server stands over my shoulder while I’m paying the bill to look at the tip being left. Glad I tried it. Won’t go back.

Namu was a delightful stop on our way back to Toronto from Niagara. While it was a little out of our way, we were so glad we went. The restaurant was quaint, service was friendly, and the food was divine. We started with sushi tacos and the Canadian salmon roll which were both delicious. Then we had the Szechuan noodles and Korean BBQ. Flavors were bold yet balanced, and we enjoyed every bite.
