Applebee's Duncanville

They asked me for my order, wait, wait, wait, they never gave me the food, they went to ask me what I wanted, it seems like they're making fun, it's the worst Applebees in the metroplex

It was a little bit busy then preferred to my liking, but that’s okay . It’s not their fault. I just think something needs to be done about the flies flying around other than that. The service was great. Everybody seemed pretty cool and made sure we got everything that we ordered and made sure we were comfortable.

5 star rating!!! We Decided to go this Applebee's after a long day. We were greeted by a very nice young man who seated us and then asked us if we wanted silverware or if plastic utensils were ok. Does this restaurant have problems with their clientele stealing the flatware??? Or do they just not want to wash the dishes. After sitting there for approximately 5 min. with no server asking to take our drink order we began to wonder what was going on. I started the stop watch on my phone and 5 min. later, No one came to our table, asking to take our drink order or food order. As other patrons we seated near us, they were immediately waited on and we were ignored. I know we were two old white people. However this felt racist, bigoted, and totally out of line. The wait staff, greeter, manager were all black and felt no need to come to our table. If I could give this a place a negative 5 stars I would. There should be a sign on the door NO WHITES WELCOME!!! needless to say we will NEVER be back!!!!! Shame on you Applebee's!!!! UPDATE: So this was the message i got after posting this review. We received your follow up to your Google Review regarding the Duncanville Applebee's and have escalated this to our franchisee that owns and operates this location. One of their representatives should be contacting you within the next four business days, if not much sooner. To date there has been no call, no further email, not even a text! Wouldn't it be nice if companies would follow through with their promises.

The quesadilla burger was absolutely delicious! You will not regret ordering it!

It's pretty pathetic of the manager on duty the 30 minute wait to be seated. The waitress was great loved her but that manager though. He needs to step up his game and help the servers out. All he did was text and talk on his cell phone. Shape up or get out
