Dunkin' - Dumont

Why are they closing bathrooms. As a customer I should have the privilege to use the facility. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom as I ignored the sign to check for my self. Thus loosing me as a customer.

Haven't had any problems with this Dunkin, always get my orders right and in a timely manner. Staff doesn't talk much but they're not rude to anyone and they keep the place clean even with all the people they get inside and the students

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. My wife ordered two coffee lattes and we waited for over 20 minutes before I decided to leave. The staff is very inefficient.

The service at this restaurant is very slow in the mornings. I have waited for over 15 minutes for a coffee, and it was made incorrectly three times in a row. This slow service is consistent and has caused me to be late to work multiple times. I am not sure why I continue to come here, as Dunkin is supposed to be fast.

I visit this restaurant almost every day for coffee, but I must say that most of the staff here are not very good at their jobs. The only employees who seem to actually be doing their work are the Spanish woman with red hair and the large white woman. I witnessed an older Indian woman taking a one-hour break during a busy period, and an older male employee dumping all of his tasks on the one girl who had clearly been working hard all day. There was also another older male employee who never returned from the back area when the restaurant was busy. Most of the older staff members are too lazy to handle to-go orders, causing delays in the store. The manager of this Dunkin' Donuts location is incompetent and does not know how to run a business. I will not be returning to this place again.
