Buffalo Wild Wings - Duluth

I didn't catch our waiter name, but she was fantastic. we had our four young children with us and she was so friendly and patient with them and their crazy. she updated how the food came along and checked us several times. the food was also good. Food: 4/5

We were never greeted at the door. sa in the bar area. Nobody waited for us. No one has recognized us or said we are short served and will be with them. we have gone out. Nobody said anything. only 3 tables are served and maybe 4 people are sitting at the bar at 11:20 o'clock. so disappointing!

The tables were dirty and the waitress came to our table only once, so we could not ask for something or something. We're supposed to pay on our phone and leave alone until we left. eating was good ok and the cost didn't get what I expected for the service. food: 3/5

Buffalo wild wing has great food and not excessive prices. I hated being here. because of sensory overload, it was a nightmare for me. for everyone without sensory problems, it is a great place with great food, great service and sport. Of course, if they're full, it's still hard to find a place.

Definitely not the best service I have had at B-Dubs. Basically we noticed after a while that people who showed up after us were getting their food before us. We asked the server if our food was coming out soon since the other people already had theirs and he told us ya that there was an issue but it should be out soon. If you knew there was an issue you should let your customers know so they are aware that the food would be delayed. We arrived at 7pm, waited to get seated for about 15 mins, by the time we finally received our food, ate and left it was 8:30. Hoping for better next time.
