Vocelli Pizza - Pittsburgh

Just picked up an undercooked pizza that I just had to throw in the oven. The pizza wasnt cooked well done like requested and the wrong crust was provided. Think this will be the last time I order from this place.

We order from vocelli pizza probably 2 to 3 minutes a month. Couple of weeks ago I placed an order of Vocelli's Spinach and Mushrooms Rolls along with my big pizza order to my Surprise I believe they forgot the cheese, spinach and mushrooms there were less than less plus when they say you get a side order of sauce it seems it's just for 1 roll just a little tiny plastic container. So today I placed a order who ever took the order I had the worst time understanding him also when we received our order hubby was happy with his burnt pizza other hand my spicy Italian stromboli was not spicy, wondering where in the hell the filling is just like the vocelli rolls and the bottom of the stromboli was burnt. Also the last order with Nick he promised me several coupons and a menu never came with my order called the store girl answered and said will send it with a driver who's delivering close to you. Well still waiting never got 1 today's delivery. I'm getting so disappointed with you.

Not all Vocellis are the same tbh… this one is the best in Pittsburgh hands down. Fire to staff, fresh and so delicious!!!!

God, I love this place. This location *specifically* rules. We ordered delivery and it was here so fast, I literally didn't believe it until I opened the door. Plus, who doesn't love the crispy little pepperoni cups? We've ordered delivery from a lot of nearby Vocelli's but this one is our favorite and go-to whenever we can.

Had the most amazing experience here tonight. We unfortunately had to put our dog down earlier this evening. Jeff and James there overheard us being upset. They were so kind! They asked about our pup, looked at a picture of her, and then comped our meal. The pizza was outstanding, but service was even better.
