Mcdonald's - Dudley

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was cold, the service was slow, and the quality was shocking. I spent £19 and wished I had just gone to the chip shop instead.

So poor, simple order, missed items off it. Place felt grubby, staff looked wore out, fed up, rushed and unhappy. Never again

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and disrespectful. The establishment was overcrowded with Uber drivers and other delivery drivers, leaving little room for patrons waiting to dine inside. After a confrontation between one of the drivers and myself, a 7-month pregnant woman, I requested to speak with the management. This restaurant is a complete disaster.

This was terrible the chicken nuggets were like rubber the burger was cold and the fries were cold aswell everything about it was terrible so not recommend. They did not get our order right I asked for a plane big mac meal with extra cheese and it was just plain!

Have to give credit to how much can go wrong with one simple order. Order incorrect, tool ages for them to understand what the issue was, when they finally understood it took them an age to bring the 'right ' food. Tool it home from the drive through to realise it was swrong again. I know its mcdonalds so expectations are low but this restaurant that thoroughly deserves the reputation it has locally
