Bidra med feedbackAmazing. I have been going to this Tony Roma for several years and have had NIE the experience I had this last week. (Fr. 02/16/18). I had a bad service, but never bad food. This time the service AND food was bad. Our waiter didn't come back to fill our drinks, even if we asked. They were busy, we thought he was forgot, so we flattened him and asked again. He never came back to the table after taking our order until he brought the check. He didn't even get our food out. One of us ordered Prime Rib, med-well....it was barely brown on the outside and inside was raw. I ordered Steak medallions, medallions and ribs. Steak was raw and tasted as bad. Another got the Nolieta Panini and they didn't have the sauce on it and it was cold enough that the cheese began to cure. The baked potatoes were WAY past the point that the skin was hard and crusty and the interior was practically stoned. Everything was hardly warm and the potatoes were so cooled that the butter did not even melt on them. They took the main rib back to heat it and it almost came as it was when they took it. My Steak medals were never addressed, nor were the potatoes. She said she was sorry. Apparently, it's not sorry enough to do something about it. You definitely need a chef or chef in there who know what they're doing, because what you have now is ridiculous. The food should never have been served in this state. Needless to say, there will be a LONG time before we ever get back there IF that we ever do. We also noticed that another table had made some complaints about her meal, but I don't know what. If you do not address these problems, you will go down and it does not take very long. Very good.
The food and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful time with our group. The restaurant wasn't too crowded on Sunday night, allowing us to enjoy a great conversation with each other.
Found out they don’t look at the reservations made on Open Table or honor them. Hostess was not friendly. I showed her the reservation I had made using the app she became hostile. We waited for a table but we should have just left and went somewhere else.
The dining experience was average. The table we were seated at had direct sunlight, with minimal protection from the shade. It would have been better if there was a shadow blocking the sun. Our server was friendly, but a bit too enthusiastic, and we had to remind them for essentials like a high chair. Generally, this restaurant is known for their love of: .
Nice quiet atmosphere. Food was good and so was the service. We were not rushed and had a relaxed good meal.
