Dunkin' - Dubois

I went in to get coffee today. The place looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in days. Food on the floor along with trash. Counters are covered in spilt coffee. However the young lady that waited on me was very polite. Place definitely needs to be cleanedthough.

Always good. But the lobby isn't open on Sunday. So all you have is drive thru. The line was horrendous! Great place to waste gas. All I needed was a large black coffee for my friend in the hospital!

Often, I find myself stuck in the drive-thru as the only car, waiting for several minutes to place my order. When I finally get to the window, there are usually three employees just chatting with each other. This place clearly needs better management. And can we talk about their name? Dropping "Donuts" would be fitting because most days I go, they’re out of donuts by the time I arrive. I know this sounds a bit petty, but if you're open until 9 PM, you should have donuts available past 5 PM. Each time I order coffee, it tastes different and inconsistent. The staff really need proper training on how to make drinks. And it’s really frustrating to see an employee outside smoking while there are five cars waiting in line—and no one being helped. One day, I decided to go inside to order, only to discover the lobby was locked with no sign to explain why. It felt like the employee was ignoring customers completely while choosing to smoke outside. That was the last straw for me—I’ve gone from visiting nearly every day to just once a week, and only during morning hours when I know the manager is there to ensure that I get decent service.

I ordered food and drinks from here, and unfortunately, every little bag contained hair. I went back to explain the issue, and they told me to pull around, so I did. When I got to the window, the employee just stared at me with a dirty look and didn't say a word. I repeated that there was hair in my food and asked if they wanted it back, which they did take from me. I recall from my time in fast food that taking food back through the window is a health violation. I then watched as the employee looked into the bag, and she and her coworkers proceeded to laugh about it. I really don’t understand what's funny about finding hair in someone’s food, especially since the food came directly from the deep fryer to the bag. Overall, I am shocked by the behavior surrounding the issue of hair in the food.

The coffee was fantastic, but the app only worked part of the time. I ended up having to pay in cash because the app wasn't responding. You'd expect it to function properly since I was right next to the place.
