Nice location, didn't even k ow it was in this complex lol. Good food, good bar, good happy hour. Service seems to vary each time but overall love this place.

Delicious well prepared food and a comfortable setting. The service is on the spot also. I really enjoyed the salsa. It is a bit hotter than some but that’s how I like it. They have multiple locations stop for lunch or dinner when you get a chance.

(Updated) I came back since Los Jimadores changed owners and changed names and it's been a big improvement! I came at an off time but the food was way better than it had been when this place was still Amigos. The steak in my food was seared perfectly and excellently seasoned. A marked improvement. The decor is nicer and the seating is much more open. It's still not my favorite Mexican restaurant within 10 miles but it's become a much more desirable option. I can at least say it's the best tex-mex north-west Columbus has to offer. (Outdated) Amigo's offers pretty standard tex-mex fare but I'd take it over El Vaquero any day of the week. The seafood and Texas burritos are pretty good, and if you're looking for someplace in close proximity to the hospital I struggle to think of anywhere you could do better for a dine-in experience. I forget the goofy name they have for it but the big blue margarita is worth a try. The saving grace of this place is that it's got no real competition nearby, but I can think of a few Mexican restaurants within 5 to 10 miles that offer more memorable meals.
