Bojangles - Dublin

Bojangles is my favorite comfort food, definitely better than KFC and Popeyes this isn't a debate! Their biscuits are buttery and not dry. Their chicken is seasoned so well! You can tastes the seasoning on the actual chicken and not just the friedbreading. I've always loved Bojangles and even worked there once. Always a pleasant experience!

Bo rounds are amazing. Not like regular plain rounds you get at other fast food places. They had flavor and they are big!

Ordered breakfast and our biscuits were undercooked. The inside was dough and the outside was slightly cooked. They didn't stay in the oven long enough to rise.

This was my 3rd time at Bojangles and for the third time I did not finish my meal. The chicken breading is like eating particle board. The potatoes were a blob of yuck. The green beans were pretty good and the biscuit was delicious. All 3 visits areexactly the same (I got the same meal each time). The only thing I would ever go back for would be a bag of biscuits. Counterservice was nice and polite. They got my order correct (which is rare for fast food). The restaurant was clean.

We stopped in about 2:00 pm for a meal Tuesday, 8/23/22. We were told they were draining the fryers. I tried to order 2 meals and was told they weren't ready due to the draining. So I asked the girl what was available. She said Cajun Chicken sandwichcombo. I ordered that. My husband got the 2 piece chicken meal. After a couple of minutes the girl said the Cajun chickenwasn't available. So I ordered the 2 piece. meal. The chicken was cold, not the least bit warm. The wells were turned off inthe front. The manager apologized and returned our money. I have to say he was really nice and didn't argue with us. DublinBojangles used to be the best, but not anymore. I hope they threw that chicken out. The temps on hot foods has to be at theleast 145°. It wasn't even close. I don't think we'll go back. They have really went down hill.
