Really enjoyed food here recently, definitely recommend it

Without doubt best pub food locally, new chef has made all the difference, great variety and flavour to suit all tastes. And Jenny the waitress is top notch, pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work

We as a family would go for our Sunday dinner most Sundays, food is delicious and staff our very friendly

New chef with major change in menu. Only full meal menu available with mo separate breakfast or lunch menu. Was very popular to drop into with friends to have a sandwich/ wrap and a cuppa. These are no longer available. I know of 10 individuals, including my wife and myself, who will now no longer visit. This situation has greatly improved. A new extensive menu makes a visit worthwhile. Although basic sandwiches still not catered for, it does include a delicious triple decker sandwich.

Wow wow wow. What a fantastic experience in scholars. Brought to a downstairs table as I am on a walking stick. Rather noisy but that’s with loads of people. Service was brilliant and food excellent. Then entertainment which was fantastic, a great band. If you want a great evening out (well Sunday) this is the place. Keep it up guys, back soon.
