Rotana Cafe - Dublin

The food at this restaurant is good, however, the waitress is not very friendly and can be rude. On a few occasions, she has gotten our order wrong. There is also a chef who is not very pleasant (bald head). I went once when a male server was serving us and he was much friendlier.

Great spot. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be dining there again soon

We went for a family dinner to Rotana cafe expecting to eat lebanese food. Unfortunately we were very disappointed as this is no where near authentic lebanese food. They had a few dishes which resembled lebanese but the the Flavour was not there. Then there was the price, it was ridiculous for what was ordered. In London you would get real authentic Lebanese food in the heart of the city at half the price. Definitely won’t be going again. 2 out 5 was a generous score.

We have been dining at Rotana for over ten years and have always looked forward to it. Last night, we arrived thirty minutes early and found there were very few diners. The waitress did not have a record of our booking and was quite aggressive, insisting we must have booked at another restaurant. Eventually, we were seated but the service was only average at best. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very poor. Although we were considering going elsewhere, we had always been impressed by Rotana in the past. However, we have decided we will not be returning. The restaurant needs to return to its previous standards of quality.
