O'briens Irish Sandwich Cafe Dundrum Town Centre

I always try to find something positive when I eat out and write a review. Unfortunately, in this case, there isn't much to say. When I went to a sandwich cafe specializing in sandwiches and ordered a toasted cheese and ham sandwich, I was hoping for fresh crusty bread, homemade ham, and melted cheese, maybe even with some chips or salad on the side. Sadly, what I received was two slices of pre-packaged sliced bread, a slice of pre-packaged ham, and a slice of cheese. Due to issues with the toaster, the sandwich was barely warm and definitely not toasted or melted. It was disappointing for a sandwich cafe to serve such a subpar sandwich. The service was okay, once the server stopped chatting with colleagues and finally served me. The only positive things I can say are that the coffee was average and the table was clean.

The place was very busy on Sunday at lunchtime. We got great service, with a friendly smile and the food was hot and what we ordered. The menu is limited but overall it was good value.

Average spot for a quick breakfast roll. Staff could be a little more helpful when asking for suggestions

Lot a huge coffee drinker but love coffee food and service.staff and supervisor/manager(female) some of best customer service skills I've seen in a long time.ivana I think was her name.place was spotless and well run.very pleasant staff and great food nice lay out.was never really a fan of O Briens until this recent experience. well done keep up the good work
