Bidra med feedbackMy visit to Lughnasa in Dublin was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. When we arrived, we had to wait for a table since we didn't have a reservation, and it took 15 minutes for our drinks to be served. My friend ordered a flatbread pizza that was supposed to have chorizo, but it was missing. When we informed the manager, he seemed more interested in his phone than resolving the issue. To make matters worse, at 10:30 pm we were abruptly given the bill and told the place was turning into a club. By 11 pm, a group of teenagers had taken over a long table, making other diners uncomfortable. Despite apologizing to the staff, the damage had already been done. I would not recommend Lughnasa to any of my friends, and I left feeling extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
My recent visit to Lughnasa in Dublin was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, our table was not reserved and we had to wait. The drinks took a long time to arrive and my friend's flatbread pizza was missing the Chorizo that was supposed to be on it. When we pointed this out to the manager, he suspiciously examined the pizza with his phone light to check for any mistakes. To add to the disappointment, we were suddenly presented with the bill and told to pay because the restaurant was turning into a nightclub. A group of teenagers then came in, moving tables around and causing a disturbance for other diners. Despite apologies from the bar staff when we paid, the overall experience was very disappointing. Based on this poor experience, I would not recommend Lughnasa to any of my friends.
This restaurant experience in Dublin was the worst I have ever had. When I arrived, there was no table booking and we had to wait. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive with every order. My friend ordered a flatbread pizza that did not come with Chorizo as described. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he took out his phone and scanned the pizza to make sure we were not lying. At 10:30pm, we were abruptly handed the bill and told the venue was turning into a club. At 11pm, a group of teenagers came upstairs and started pulling tables together, making other diners uncomfortable. The bartender apologized as we paid, but it was too late. I would not recommend Lughnasa to any of my friends and I was truly disappointed with the whole experience.
