Domino's Pizza East Dubbo

The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and helpful. It appeared that there were only two employees working, but they managed to handle everything smoothly. Despite being busy, they were not stressed or overwhelmed. They did an amazing job! The food was delicious and we were so glad we decided to stop for pizza while passing through the city. I highly recommend this place. Maybe they could benefit from having more staff to make the workload more manageable for the hard-working employees.

The pizza was tasty, but the garlic bread I ordered was lacking cheese and was quite plain. The delivery was also 30 minutes late, making it a slow experience. Overall, the food was decent.

After a rough start, this restaurant has shown considerable improvement in the past few months. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience recently when my pizza was missing some of the extras I had ordered. I provided photos as proof but received no apology. Despite offering heavy discounts, I hope they can maintain their current standards and not revert back to their previous state from last summer, when I stopped ordering from them. I can make pizza from scratch in 20 minutes, but sometimes I just need to pick up the phone out of convenience. I will give them another chance before forming a final opinion, and I am curious to see if the other branch offers a different experience.

Fairly busy place, but the pizza is always fresh. i do think they need to rethink the store layout as the door is often blocked and it makes it hard to get in and out especially caring boxes and there is flies coming in and out. Also is stinking hot in there, they need air con

Ordered online today your contactless service reeks!! Made it for 5pm. Was ready beforehand. Get there and wait at the front door as instructed by signage for quite some time with a young teen girl coming in and out constantly. Waited patiently. Not once did anyone bother to look out the front or come outside given that the monitor near the door stated two orders were ready! Even had the delivery guy walk right past me while I stood there waiting for decent service! One guy was just walking around behind the counter doing heaven knows what given the hour! I ended up yelling to them that I’d been waiting outside patiently for some time!!! Last time ever I will order the ‘contactless’ pickup. Would have been quicker to make it at home!! No thanks. Never again!
