The food took a lot of time to get to the table after ordering. it took almost 15 minutes to get a masala dosa. this does not take more than 5 minutes in other restaurants.

Bad quality and bad service. I have a had a vanilla shake today at this place, as there is very less food stalls in Al Kahail mall. Initially when the item came, the shake was literally like water. Very poor consistency and terrible taste. Later I requested to the waiter to change it and all they did was add excessive sugar to it and serve.

The mix gril was horrible. The meet was very old and had a bad taste. I ended up getting sick after eating .will complain to the authorities regarding the food hygiene. Not happy at all. Do not recommend the mixgril.

It was really disappointed all the staff from the receptionist cashier not accommodating The staff no proper training at all. How many times I call to them they just only looking me. Every time we need ask the favor of them what you need in the tables. Hopefully the owner will fixed this issue immediately other wise your lost your business because of your management and staff doesn’t know the meaning of treat costumer service. Not recommended at all.

The Wide Range as a restaurant was full of surprises as I wasn't expecting a Lebanese grill at a South Indian restaurant to taste good (highly recommended). The price to quantity ratio is at par. The only problematic thing was the waiting time after ordering food which was considerably longer nothing was done to compensate for it. I came here for lunch I would recommend this restaurant only for the Mixed Grill Lebanese, to any foodie on a budget living in that area and if you happen to get yourself caught in an unfamiliar location like Al Quoz, you know where to head out.
