If I could, I would leave a zero-star review. The food was undercooked and the chicken was pink. When I called the restaurant to complain, they were extremely unhelpful and told me to contact the app I ordered from. The driver, who I later found out was also the owner, didn't even apologize. He took the food back and refused to issue a refund, telling us to deal with it through the app. He walked off as if it was our fault the food was raw. I will never order food from here again. I don't understand how someone with that attitude can still be in business.

This was my first time ordering food from this restaurant, and I specifically requested a 1.5-liter Coke. However, they ended up delivering a Pepsi instead and charged me 5 euros for it. This makes me question their business practices – do they intentionally overcharge customers by advertising Coke but actually sending Pepsi at a higher price? As they say, first impressions are crucial, and receiving the wrong order with an inflated price leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to take orders for Coke but deliver Pepsi with a higher charge.

The staff at this restaurant are lovely and friendly. The guy I met at the reception was very helpful. The food was delicious and definitely tasted amazing.

Nearly 2 hours waiting for food to get cold chips, overcooked duck and a tiny cold portion of plum sauce that was more a sticky syrup. Duck was so tough it was difficult to swallow. Hugely disappointing and a waste of time and money.

They always get here so often and they are always good.
