Bidra med feedbackI have been going to this location for several years and never had an issue until this morning. The location closed early yesterday due to a ?power outage?. I put in an order on the app but did not receive it because the location was closed. I went to the location this morning in attempt to get the ordered that I paid for, but the cashier was rude, dismissive and kept telling me to call customer service. This cashier is normally angry and rude and needs a course on proper customer service. The only good thing about this location is the one young worker Das if he didn?t run away. Maybe when the rude old guy leaves I?ll order from this place again, but until the , I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere.
I live near this place and always been here for morning coffee. I loved Dunkin coffee, they have a nice few tables and chairs to hang out for a cup of coffee with friends or just being myself. All i can say is they do respect their customers and treated very well. Stop by and try.
The food is always half finished. You can get donuts in the morning, because this is the only time Donuts are fresh. Staff are rude, they never welcome you with a good morning. I'll never go shopping here again. And the restroom is always dirty.
Exactly what you expect a Dunkin to be. Staff is excellent and store is immaculate. Compared to some other Dunkin's , they have a better variety in late afternoon.
I ordered a Large hot macchiato on the app. When I got my order it was a iced one. I walked out the door noticed that at was ice, so I returned with my receipt. I even second guessed myself for a second until I looked at my receipt. When I let the guy know that the error was made he seemed annoyed. I asked him if he was going to throw it away, because if so I would have just given the ice one to my girlfriend. He snatched it off the counter before I could even finish threw it in the trash. It was their error, so I don't understand why I couldn't have kept the iced one, and they give me my hot one a well. There was no sorry for this mistake, but instead I just got what seemed to be attitude from an annoyed employee.
