Family Pizza Inc - Dracut

Ordered through Slice. Two dessert items were ordered. They were out. Sent two TOTALLYdifferent items instead of the items requested and paid for. Refused to refund both until I called the restaurant itself. Why would you not call and check with a customer before making a substitution? Insist on having both items back, which is fine. Hopefully they don't try and resell them lol

Live 5 minutes down the road and on a slow tuesday naight, still took and hour and ten minutes to get delivered... called and the guy said it left the resaurant but didnt come till 25 minutes later. Either lying or slow delivery but either way not getting my business again, atleast by delivery.

We love family pizza! We try not to order all the time but when we do they never disappoint us! They have the best pizza! our kids love the chicken fingers! We moved out of state for awhile and missed this place!! So glad to be back though! This is definitely our favorite place to eat!

The food is way to expensive all the time a sometimes taste good over priced in my eyes he has like 50 people working there maybe that’s why it’s so over priced.
