3 Stars is only because the service was slow, could have been an excellent experience if the service was faster. The food was good .

I’d rate it zero if I could. Horrible customer service, the cashier was passive aggressive to my mom, the food took forever to come out and not to mention they got our order wrong. We ordered orange chicken and they gave us beef with chicken when we never eat beef from there and they charged us money for extra teriyaki sauce. I suggest you never come here.

Saving whoever is reading the reviews regarding this specific yoshinoya establishment they seem to be consistent over whats lacking in here poor waiting times lack of customer service key word in any establishment that drives its business from keeping customers happy, you can literally go across the parking lot and order yourself some sushi which is pretty good itself, or better yet order yourself a freshly made pizza next door in the long wait time with no customers inside and one or two cars in their drive thru.

Arrived 10pm on Friday night. I thought they were closed so I parked and walked over to the door and it said drive thru open until 11:30pm. Got back in my car drove over to the drive thru lane and notice 2 staff members inside. So I waited a good 15-20 minutes and nothing. I just decided to leave and as I was driving away I notice one of the staff member looking at with a blank stare. I'm not sure if they were high or drunk but I was disappointed. I don't eat Yoshinoya often but maybe once in a blue moon but I guess it wont happen tonight. Night shift should be fired!!!
