The Hummus Factory - Downey

This restaurant used to be good before the prices went up. Adding an extra $3.50 to a $19 plate with no drink or side is not worth it. The total cost is nearly $25 after tax, and for just a few more dollars, you could get a more satisfying meal at a sit-down restaurant. I predict that this place will not last long with these high prices, as people are unlikely to pay that much. There are many other places where you can get better value for your money.

I checked this place for the first time today and decided to order the chicken kebab wrap. I waited 15 minutes for my food and when it was finally finished, it was literally freezing as if someone took it out of the refrigerator, and put it in a bag. After having notified the woman in the register list, she told me that she could “why it for me” that is when I asked for it to be done completely new as it was not done properly. she told me it would be another 15 minutes .3 minutes later she gives me another package that is warm for the touch, I inspect it before I go and notice it is the most flattened package that I have ever seen, the salat was hot, the pita was soggy and falling apart, and it was clear that they simply warmed my package instead of doing it right. I will not visit this restaurant 100% again. terrible experience. they are also extremely overpriced and the chicken was bland and cooked over

I enjoy dining at this restaurant for its healthy options and the fantastic staff. I guarantee that anyone who visits will love this place - it's my favorite spot to hang out with friends.

Food is just ok. Chicken was dry and rice had no flavor. The humus was great. Everything else was ok.

Reasonable prices, welcoming staff, delicious food. Keep an eye out for the wooden decor made from Sid wood.
