Pronto Pizza - Downey

DONT GO HERE!!! Pizza was disgusting, taste close to little Caesars, guys in the shop was rude, kept snarling at me when ever I had questions.... But the white couple in front of me, they were very respectful to, even cracking jokes ... But with me, they were trying to get me out as fast as possible! Then I ate the pizza which made my stomach hurt, still to the next day, I think I got food poisoning from here.... Or they put something in my food... BEWARE!!! I PUT IT RIGHT WHERE IT BELONG... IN THE TRASH!!! Will never go back!!!

Ever since pregio bought this pronto pizza location, not much have changed. Still same great taste. Get extra cheese you won't regret it.

So right off the bat I want to say I had been a huge fan of Pronto Pizza for several years. Then their prices went up. Then their prices went up again. I used to consider them a $5 dollar pizza spot but aside from the original pepperoni Pizza it seems getting a couple pizzas will run you what a popular chain would. Still I went, even during the pandemic.Yesterday, I went after a couple months of not and apparently they have become Pregio Pizza. I immediately noticed a different ambience when I walked in even though all the Pronto Pizza branding was still in there including the expensive looking digital menus and everything.I still went ahead and ordered. It seems like the Pizza is the same but I don 't think it is. Judge for yourselves. The pepperoni was a little burnt. I don 't know what 's happening with Pronto 's but at this point (and with the prices going up comparable to popular chains) I don 't think I am going back.Customer Service with Pronto 's was better in my opinion. It 's a huge part on my experience when I eat so we will see what happens once it fully converts to Pregio. Update: the Pizza is still deliciousUpdate #2: I ordered and paid for a Pizza online. I waited 10 15 minutes before I went in. I get to the register the girl can 't find the pizza. She tells me 10 minutes rather than argue, I just go back to my car and wait 10 more minutes. What an inconvenience.

Besides pizza being tasty customer service is 100/A, all personal in particular Blanca, I never have second thought about where to purchase my pizza: but PREGIO PIZZA? wings I like them a little more toasty buy they are good aswell.

Pizza . Place had amazing customer service . Pizza is delicious and fast service ! Will definitely be ordering pizza here in the future !
