Gurkha Delight Takeaway - Dover

Ordered two separate dishes both tasted exactly the same, hardly any chicken, watery no flavour!! I called the restaurant before I left this review and explained to them that I was not happy whatsoever with their food. I asked for a refund?? Told them I was going to leave a bad review on TripAdvisor and Just Eat. My response was yeah that’s fine that’s fine just do it!!!! Please beware and do not order from here!! Also the garlic naan was completely shop bought!!

First time ordering takeaway from here but will definitely be coming back. Delicious and very reasonably priced.

My partner and I get food from here fairly regularly, maybe once or twice a month and the food is always of a really high standard and tastes great. Noticed a review complaining that the food tastes slightly different each time. Personally I think that's a good thing and shows it is prepared freshly. Best of its type in Dover in my opinion and highly recommended. The people are also lovely here :

Seems extremely over priced for the lack of authenticity and consistency. Seems a very lazy approach to Asian cooking, very disappointing. Every dish is slightly different every time, and there doesn’t seem to be anything special going on I.e toasting the spices for instance! The keema nan was a massive let down!meat folded in bread!, could hardly see the meat it was thinner than a stamp. Popodums soft! Overpriced rubbish! Not interested in laziness, shall not be returning.

This is excellent takeaway with the best sag aloo side I’ve ever had. Cannot wait time try the other dishes. Only down side is the plastic, if it were aluminium we would buy more often.
