Absolutely nothing to say, everything is perfect, the irreproachable service, servers and staff are of such kindness that we really feel good. The meal was divine and surprising, we will return as soon as possible, bravo!

Excellent meal where the tasting menu allows you to taste most of the menu of chef Ivan Vautier. Juice and emulsions are delicious (with a little taste of "too small" and are beautifully combined with dishes, especially with fish. The service is young, particularly friendly and attentive. Beautiful Michelin star well deserved.

A little moment of paradise. First, a quality welcome and a smiling room team, involved, dynamic and efficient. A high quality table and a particularly comfortable seat. The tables are spaced each other allowing everyone to be able to discuss without disturbing the other guests of the room. The magnificent Cherbourg salmon with its crunchy asparagus, almost like candy that bear the taste of the salmon and the freshness of the black and cumin radish that complement everything and bring a bouquet of flavors. The soup of truffle to the sons of simply divine celery: the assembly is a gustative perfection. All other dishes are precise, cooking of course perfect and cooked products to reveal all flavors. The dessert is also a great moment and especially the truffle in a truffle spirit... I let you find out, but here too we touch the divine. The wine accompaniment is generous and all the perfect wines in the complement they bring to each of the dishes. A more engaging: when you pass through the corridor, you can see the kitchens and artists at work and it is a pleasant moment to be able to congratulate them for the happiness they bring. In short, you will have understood it a must-see stage in Caen and a wonderful evening. Thanks again to the whole team.

Superb frame, we took the junior suite for 4 days everything was perfect! The staff is very pleasant as well as the manager, very hearty breakfast and exceptional dinner. If we have to return to this house, we will return without hesitation to see the mascot of the place.
