Findley’s - Douglasville

I have been buying all my meat from this shop for over a year and a half now. I usually buy in bulk for my meals, and I've found it difficult to enjoy meals at restaurants because I'm so accustomed to the exceptional quality of the food I prepare at home. My daughter often asks for ribeyes as a reward for her good grades, and I can't disagree with her choice. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff has a wealth of knowledge—they gave me great advice for my first brisket. I couldn't be more pleased. From cube steak to chicken breasts, chuck roasts, fresh sausage, ribs, and various steaks, everything has been top-notch. If you're uncertain about trying them, go for it! I assure you, you'll be just as satisfied as I am, and it will be hard to return to the large grocery stores. This shop has definitely earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend it.

We were treated like friends by everyone at the restaurant. The atmosphere was very peaceful. I expected it to have the smell of raw meat, but it was actually very clean and well organized. I will definitely be returning!

I visited the plaza to try a wing restaurant but decided on a whim to pop into the butcher shop to see if they had beef bacon (since I don't eat pork), and to my delight, they did! I couldn't help but smile. I ended up skipping the wing place altogether and went home to make a delicious BLT. Thank you, Findley; the meat was fantastic!

This is an outstanding local butcher! I really appreciate their locally sourced honey, which helps with my allergies. They offer a great variety of meats that are absolutely delicious, including some wild game options. John is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased some New York steaks from the Villa Rica location. When I went to grill them, I noticed that the edges were brown and the meat had an unpleasant smell. When I returned to the store, they had closed 30 minutes early. I then called Findleys in Douglasville, and they kindly exchanged the steaks for me, even staying open a little past closing time to accommodate me. I will definitely be back!
