Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Gloria our server did an excellent job keeping our drinks refilled, bring our food to the table. We enjoyed our visit. We love your fried catfish. Portions were superb and cooked flakey and crisp. Slow on the hush puppies. The cooks need to remember when they drop the catfish they need to drop hush puppies at the same time. We usually have to wait on them.

The restroom was clean and well stocked. Nice greeting at the register. The food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived and were told the food wasn't ready, after 10 more minutes our food came out and it was warm, not hot. For the food to have been fresh, neither one of the meals was hot. Bad experience

I frequent this location often, both dine in and online orders. I love the breakfast and the prices are reasonable. The service is always friendly especially the cashier Jean, she is adorable, goes beyond her call of duty. A true server at heart!

I love Cracker Barrel but not this location!! I recently moved down the street from this location and was hoping that it would be as good as the location off of Thornton rd but it’s terrible! Some of my food was over cooked, I received super small quantities for meals that included three sides and my biscuits looked like pretzels. The next day, I checked my bank account and realized that I’d been overcharged $10 and when I called the restaurant the manager told me that she may be able to credit my account the overcharge if there wasn’t an issue with her investigation. I had my order number and a screenshot of my total so there shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with. After expressing my disappointment with the entire experience on the restaurant site I received a coupon for a free dessert that I will never use. Guess I’ll have to drive further to my favorite location because this one is definitely not it.

Okay so I just randomly stopped by this location on a Monday afternoon and they did their thingggg. My server Catherine has become my favorite person and my reason for revisiting honestly. She was super friendly, patient with me, and she knows plenty about the menu. I tend to be indecisive but she made it easy for me— just the way she describes things is on point. And she didn’t make any bad suggestions. Also she told me they only had one cook on duty at the moment, but that cook must have 8 arms because I did not wait at all for a single thing and it was fresh. I didn’t get a picture of my country fried steak but please believe me, go for it! Eat it! Side note: highly recommended the apple streusel pie. The crumbles were so crunchy but also soft and the cinnamon in the crust sets it off. It comes with their vanilla ice cream which is also top tier. (Picture added)
