Hungry Howie's Pizza - Dothan

I ordered a "the works pizza" from this restaurant, but when I got home, I realized it was actually just an onion pizza. I picked it up at 4:30 pm and put it in our oven to keep warm while we had other things to do. When we finally looked at it later, we discovered the mistake. I called the restaurant to ask for a new pizza to be made, but they refused and didn't believe me. I even offered to send a picture to the person who claimed to be the manager, but she hung up on me and insisted that the incorrect pizza be brought back in person. Despite tipping them through the app before picking up the pizza, they still wouldn't fix the mistake. After speaking to another person who said he was a manager, we were only able to get a new pizza made after my husband went back to the restaurant, presented the incorrect pizza, and waited for a new one to be made.

I spent $119 on 7 pizzas on Saturday night and they were awful. I had family visiting for Easter weekend and had to feed them, but it was a big mistake. I definitely won't be ordering from there again!

There is no need to make a complaint with Hungry Howie because they would never rectify the situation. This is my 2nd incident with them that was very unpleasant. I've been eating with them since they opened up in Dothan AL. I was supposed to wait 15 minutes on my order but even after I asked was delivery available I was assured that my order was available for delivery and it took 3 hours for me to receive the order. When I called regarding the order that was at the time was expected to come in 15 minutes but also had attitude with it. The earlier experience was detailed but they never rectified the situation

Showed the lady a picture on phone she said it out loud what I wanted I get home and I get done cheesy bread so I call back up there so I could get what I paid for the man says that I ordered 3 cheese bread so he knew they were in the wrong cause I did not even have a chance to even say what I was calling about before he was telling me what I ordered which is not what I paid for but he would not even make it right so they will never get my business again.

Poorly ran location. The customer service is non existent. Robbin the manger on duty is very rude and aggressive, she doesn’t greet or thank any customer . She also doesn’t know any of her managers, customer service or owner contact information.
