The wraps are very tasty and there is a wide selection of vegan sauces (no blue is best: . Especially the vegan shawarma is good and it is also very cool that you have different types of hummus to choose from. Doof only makes it so early.

Dinner of @gustavgruendortmund Today there was the “garden” (herbal nut hummus, cauliflower with turmeric, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, corn, yoghurt-mint sauce) with Vegan shawarma and bread.

Gustav Grün is such a great vegan restaurant invention! The ingredients are so fresh and seasoned. You can choose between a box and a roll. Both are super tasty and super saturating. The base is vegan kebab, shawarma, wedges or falafel. All other ingredients (including dips and hummus) can be chosen freely and are all sooo delicious!

The order process reminds a bit of subway. You build your own sandwich (roll of dough or take a box instead and fill it with ingredients of your choice. At the end you choose a topping and sauce. Everything is really delicous fresh for a reasonable price. You'll get a lot of food. I really like the peanut-hummus and the kebap. The staff is very friendly. It's not the cosiest location to eat on location Gustav Grün is not 100% vegan (they offer feta cheese honey-sauce. Everything else is plant based but maybe that will change. Therefore I cannot give full stars. Recommendation: Order one big portion of potatoes! Really yummy and sooooo much for an attractive price. : Updated from previous review on 2020-10-26
