Service was outstanding. Food was great as always. A great thanks to one of the staff members for being super kind and generous to me and my family.

Was one placed order like the cashier standing there talking to other coworkers but didn’t take my order. I stood there about 10 min finish she noticed and take my order. So

Got there just past 11 and doors locked. No signs closed and people in the store but they didn’t open the door.

Undercooked food. 20 mins to order with 2 couples in front of me. Waste of time and

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This Zaxbys has horrible management! Got my food wrong when I went to get it for lunch and the manager that picked up the phone told me to wait till I get off and return the food or I can come now after I told her I went on lunch instead of just excepting the fact that someone messed up and come back at a later date to fix it! Need more professional management here!
