Truly very beautiful location. Low prices Definitely try the cheese pies. As an Italian, I made a mistake and took the pasta with mastiha which is praised in other reviews and I must say that it was not good at all. It was overcooked and without salt and the sauce didn't make much sense. But it's my fault since I'm Italian and I go to get the pasta because the rest of the dishes were still very good. Best food we ate this time in Donoussa. Cheese pasties with honey especially recommended. Trust the daily specials. Don't be put off by mention of pizzas this is a classic island taverna which also does pizzas. A little gem for the facts of the island, excellent cuisine, excellent service, the meat well cooked, the vegetables fresh, the portions large and satisfying.
