Returned to this place, because I had been more aperitifs and a meat-based dinner, this time I wanted to try the fish cruditè! I would like to point out that the location is glamorous with an immersive atmosphere, the only note is the volume of music a little too high. The aperitifs proposed are in line with the trends of the moment, from cocktails to wines both firm and sparkling, nice the formula buffet even if too confusing. Staff reactive in the norm. But we come to the dishes, the appetizer vip really abundant and varied both in the form and in the substance, with portions beyond the average for every kind of raw proposed, evidenzio notes of more ordinary flavor for some varieties and really good for others (the salmon was fantastic)! The tris di tartare, chosen as second course, confirmed the excellent salmon, the exquisite sword but left indifferent regarding tuna. Matched glass wine, from Soave to Grillo excellent and amalgamanti. A fooled note is the price above average!
