I have been patronizing this restaurant for more than 10 years, and then I had this experience in October.....I ordered my food and was waiting to pay. My food sat in a tin by the cash.A man came in while I was waiting. They took his order and I was still waiting to pay.I asked if I could pay, and showed my card. I was told "one minute "The man 's food was ready.They let him pay first.I didn 't leave a tip and will never go back.

Wow! Amazing delicious food and great costumer service. They care about what goes on our plate and willGo above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what your looking for. Really goodPortion and just really really good food. I can't say enough good things about this Amir. If your waiting to order stop waiting and order !!!! It's been 10 yrs they never disappointed food , services Atmosphere remarkably great.I experienced more than 10 amir franchises and this place is my favorite all the time

Good, but not as good as last year when I visited. The Bustan has maintained its higher level. You guys can improve, need a quality control director and site audits in my opinion.

By far the best Amir in the West Island! The staff is always really nice and food is amazing!
