Mcdonald's - Dodgeville

Cold fries and unprofessional people. Waited 10 mins just sitting at order board for an app order?!?!

Ordered online. They included the food but not a single condiment or napkins. We even included condiments in the order and they were on the ticket. Very frustrating.

My favorite McDonald's to visit. In my experience, service is great. Food preparation is good. Fries filled to the top. Coffee is always good. It's always clean. ?

We eat here frequently because we live nearby and our kids love McDonald's. What kid doesn't? The price vs. food quantity and quality are not sustainable or justifiable. I'll keep getting my kids happy meals occasionally, but I will never get more than a drink for myself here again. It's easy and quick (used to be fairly cheap, too), but 30-60 minutes post-eating, I always regret it. I used to get 2x as much food for 1/2 the price at a McDonald's vs. A Taco John's or an Arbys, but now it costs the same or more, so I'd rather buy higher quality food elsewhere. Drive-through is also hit or miss on whether they get your order right. The employees don't know how (or can't) display your order on the outdoor screen, so you can never really tell if it's wrong until you reach in the bag.
