Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Hear them, we have traveled from florida to the north and have hunger. two young slapped zaxby's wing and tings, and when I tell you I was eating everything and just the bones. the brot was not freshly roasted. other than eating was great. don't be shy, get zaxbys.

Waited 45 mins for food. Ordered online and they had multiple signs saying to pick up online orders inside. All doors were locked. Had to wait in a very long drive through line. Tried to call them and they hung up on me mid conversation. Zero hospitality and not happy with the service at all. When we finally got the food it had been ready for 20 minutes so it was soggy and they gave us the wrong drink.

If I could give this 0 I would. We waited 25 minutes in line and still never got food. We left. The person trying to help kept leaving to do other things (maybe a staffing issue but they should express that) not worth the time. For fast food it was anything but. Still haven't ever tried the food because it's not a quick experience and no communication at all. Order online and pick up everytime if you can

Very unprofessional and rude. They didnt put chicken on the salad. And then wouldnt give us chicken for the salad.

This place is so unorganized. Everyone standing around talking about a dirty diaper someone through on the bathroom floor.Took our order, And it charged us, but they couldn't find it on the screen. We had to wait 10 minutes just to get our food...which was not very good. Plus most of drinks in tje machine were not available. Cashiers had no idea what they were doing. And the assistant manager was just as lost as everyone else. Won't ever come back here..
