Fantastic local dishes, fresh fish and fresh ingredients. I can recommend Pasticada and Calamari om grill. Also great pasta dishes Its a family business and you can actually feel that for real : Interesting wine list. If you are in Zadar — definitely visit bistro Pjat :

An excellent spot for local food. We ordered 3 courses and nothing disappointed! The staff are wonderful and gave us recommendations on what to try. Their bread is some of the best we've ever had and the zadar cake was a nice surprise at the end!
