Nabaratno Restaurant - Digha

This restaurant is an excellent and budget-friendly option with delicious food prepared by a skilled chef. Every dish is reasonably priced and the quality of the fish is exceptional.

Naboratno restaurant is actually the in-house restaurant of Hotel Shantiniketan. The hotel itself is good but the restaurant needs a huge improvement. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel and at the far end. There are ample seating arrangements and everything is neat and clean. We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and we tried various dishes at the restaurant like Egg Noodles, Chicken Noodles, Chicken do Piyaza, Katla Thali, Chicken Masala, Chicken Fried Rice et al. The Chinese dishes tasted much better than the Bengali dishes although many would expect the opposite. The items were reasonably priced and a good quantity was served. But Chicken noodles had too much salt, Katla Thali had coarse rice and the fish curry did not taste good. Some of the staff members were very rude and was not speaking properly. The rotis were soft and the chicken fried rice and chicken do piyaza tasted good but nothing extraordinary really. I can easily confer that this restaurant was probably the worst place to eat in New Digha. If you are staying in Hotel Shantiniketan, then avoid this hotel at all costs.

We had a good lunch here with my family.item what they sold mostly bengali food,their service is too good,atmosphere is so clean.we had taken sea fish and rice,that was so tastey.
